1)Go to the plaza.

2) Click on the box of hats!

Here's how to get the MEMBER'S Item..it's a Puffle Gangsta' Jacket (lol)

1) Go to the Ski Village.
2) Go into the tent "Puffle Shows" and click on the box of free jackets!

Pretty tight, legit stuff huh? ^_^
